Even though they did not find our reservation due to the new owners purchasing this facility, they facilitated us with different rooms and were very pleasing and accommodating to all of us.

Fantastic staff, very friendly and service minded. Great location near to the Grand Bazaar and the famous mosques. I can definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a small and friendly place to stay with a good location.

Booked the hotel as Adonis Palace, but no information that the name had changed to Angelos Home. I walked past it two times as I obviously was looking for the wrong hotel name.

We had a late arrival due to a delayed flight, but Hikmat kindly waited for us and made our check-in process easy. He was always accessible and spoke English well. The room was well-equipped with necessary amenities. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Taksim Square and the metro station.

The road leading to the hotel is steep, which may not be suitable for elderly individuals. I highly recommend this hotel for its helpful staff, convenient location, and comfortable rooms.

The host was incredibly helpful and kind, making our check-in process easy even though we arrived late. They were always accessible and spoke English well. The room was big, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The location was great, close to Taksim Square and many stations, with markets, restaurants, and desserts nearby. it was a great stay with good value for money.

The sliding street in front of the hotel posed a challenge for children and elderly guests. The bathroom could use some renovation, although it didn't bother us much.

The location of Angelo's Hotel was perfect for seeing Istanbul.Within easy walking distance of many of the sights Agia Sofia, Top Kapi etc.The staff gave us much helpful information. Our stay couldn't have been better. A definite "9,8" I'd stay here again without question and hope to be back soon. "

The location was perfect, with easy access to main attractions and a bustling neighborhood filled with cafes, restaurants, and shops. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to provide valuable insights on exploring Istanbul. The spacious and comfortable room, complete with kitchen facilities, made our stay very convenient. , the apartment's proximity to public transportation options made it easy for us to explore the city with our children. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

My wife says that it would have been great if the room had a microwave, which is a basic necessity, especially for families traveling with children.

The staff was helpful in most occations, the room we finally got was spacious clean with lots of light, the personal was helpful in most occations, thoug they failed in others

Whan I arrived at the hotel late night, the hotel receptionist told me thay had overbooked the hotel, so we had to go and stay at another hotel of lower range,( bad smaell in toilet, small, dark, less services, less central area), for two days before we would have a room for the 3 last days. they tried to make me pay the real price for it, but I finally after arguing got them to lower the price a bit. another complaint is about the knowledge of the personel about the city traffic: I wanted to order a taxi an hour ahead of time, ( I had to be in a wedding outside of the city), and the guy in the reception told me to tell him just before we needed a taxi, it would take 1 min, it took us 2 hours! Them giving up, we tracked a taxi in the street

The hotel staff were friendly but were more concerned with talkign to each other all day instead of helping guests. One night two of the staff sat talking and shouting in the reception until 3.30am keeping everyone awake. The breakfast room was too small and the breakfast selction was limited. The hotel advertised a resturant, bar, room service, roof terrace and newpapers but none of these services were available. On arrival we were told the hotel was over booked and we woudl have to stay in a partner hotel for one night - the partner hotel was very shabby any teh room was very close to a railway line the noise from which kept us awake all night. The service received was not worth the money paid
